CHEST PRESS TABLE TOP KB
Exercise of the week

The tabletop chest press builds stability through the hips, lower back, chest and shoulders.
It also improves posture and proprioception, the body's sense of where it is in space.
This is an intermediate to advanced move. Add it to a functional upper-body routine.
